Delete your That Energy account
You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open That Energy and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address you used to sign up with the subject line “Delete my account”. We verify the request by replying to that address, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted
- Your account (email address and user ID).
- All sessions synced to your account, including the generated audio and the intentions you wrote.
- Your session-creation history used for usage limits.
What is kept
- Sessions stored only on your device stay there until you uninstall the app.
- Purchase and subscription records are held by Apple or Google under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- We may keep minimal records where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).
