Common questions

How do I create a session?

Open the Create tab, write your intention in your own words (or pick a preset), choose a narrator, soundscape and length, then tap Create. Writing and voicing the session takes about a minute. It is then saved in your Library.

How many sessions can I create?

Every plan includes up to 15 new sessions in any rolling 30-day period. Each session frees its slot 30 days after it was created. Your current usage is shown in the Profile tab.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Once a session has been created it is stored on your device and plays without a connection. Creating a new session requires internet.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → That Energy.
• Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → That Energy.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.

I subscribed but the app still shows the free plan.

Open the Profile tab and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Profile tab, scroll to Account and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and cloud backups. Sessions stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall the app. If you no longer have the app, see how to request deletion by email.

Can I sync sessions between devices?

Yes. Create a free account in the Profile tab and sign in on each device. Your sessions and usage are kept in sync.
